| 摘 要： | 物种濒危机制是保护生物学所要解决的核心问题之一。简要介绍了植物保护中的一些基本概念,分析讨论了遗传力、生殖力、生活力、适应力的衰竭、人类直接干扰破坏、气候变迁、生境丧失、过度利用、物种入侵以及分类学家的局限等导致物种濒危的濒危机制。提出了就地保护、迁地保护、建立现代化离体保存基因库、加强珍稀濒危植物的繁殖和归化自然以及加强对珍稀濒危植物和野生植物资源的科学研究等保护对策。 |

| Abstract: | Endangering mechanism of species is one of the key problems that conservation biology should solve.Some primary concept of species conservation are introduced and various factors of occurrence of endangering plant are summaried.At the same time,all kinds of endangering mechanism and corresponding conservation measure are analysed and discussed. |
