| 摘 要： | 权利质权的存在,是现代经济生活中对担保物权制度的必然要求。关于权利质权如何设定,现行法上规定不足。通过对一般债权质权、有价证券质权、股权质权、无体财产质权等几种权利质权的设定方式进行理论上的探讨、分析,以力求权利质权设定立法的进一步完善。

| Abstract: | The existence of the pledge to right is an inevitable request in the modern economy to guarantee the real right system.As for how to set up the pledge to right,the current provided method is still not enough .By researching and analyzing the methods on how to set up such pledge to right as credit pledge to right, negotiable security pledge to right, stock pledge to right, intangible property pledge to right ,etc. This article tries hard to improve the legislation of enactment on the pledge to right. |
