娄底市旅游资源保护研究

旅游资源是旅游业发展的基础和前提。当今,旅游业蓬勃发展,在带来巨大经济效益的同时,旅游资源破坏现象普遍。加强旅游资源保护是旅游业可持续发展的重要保障。本文就娄底市旅游资源破坏现状、原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的保护措施:1)以科学的规划作指导;2)进行环境影响评价;3)估算合理的环境容量;4)实行旅游资源所有权与经营权相分离的体制;5)树立新的旅游环境伦理观。

Research on the Protection of Tourism Resources in Loudi City

Tourism resources are the basis of the development of tourism industry. At present, tourism industry is growing fast and has brought great economic benefits. But at the same time, a lot of tourism resources are irrationally exploited. To develop sustainable tourism, tourism resources must be protected properly .The author analyses the problem of reasonless utilization of tourism resources in Loudi City and puts forward the protection countermeasures: 1)guiding the tourism exploiting with scientific planning; 2)assessing the tourism environment impact; 3)calculating the rational tourist carrying capacity; 4)separating property right of tourism resources from managerial right; 5)building new viewpoints of tourism environment ethics.
