| Abstract: | This article divides the election through bribery into three kinds , including bribing the representatives in indirect election , buying the ballots in direct election , and bringing material benefits to voters in direct election . The author analyses the social harmfulness of the three kinds of behavior in detail, and puts forward the legal countermeasure against its harmfulness. |
