闭环供应链模式的兴起完善了产品生命周期的生态循环,其商业价值和环保优势正获得多方面的探索和验证.回收企业是闭环供应链的重要参与主体,相对于普通中小企业面临着更为严峻的融资困境,这成为闭环供应链发展的瓶颈.结合国内外学者的研究,构建了闭环供应链金融框架,运用运筹学决策分析方法从融资收益成本角度探讨了回收企业在不同项目成功概率下的融资选择问题.通过闭环供应链回收企业融资与传统融资方式对比分析得出融资优化策略.结果表明:闭环供应链融资模式大大拓展了融资可能性边界,有效地降低了信息不对称风险,并能实现较大的收益增利.

Decision-making Analysis of Recycling Enterprises in Closed-loop Supply Chain under Two Financing Modes

The rise of the closed-loop supply chain mode perfects the ecological cycle of product life cycle, and its commercial value and environmental advantages are being explored and verified in many ways. Recycling enterprises are the main participants in the closed-loop supply chain, but compared to the traditional small and medium-sized enterprises, they confront more severe financing environment, which is a major obstacle to the development of the closed-loop supply chain. Based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars, a closed-loop supply chain financial framework is constructed, and operational decision-making analysis method is used to discuss the financing choice of recycling enterprises under different project success probability from the perspective of financing income-cost. Comparative analysis of the closed-loop supply chain finance and traditional financing methods is made to find the financing optimization strategy. The results show that the closed-loop supply chain financing mode greatly expands the financing possibility boundary, effectively reduces the risk brought by information asymmetry, and can achieve greater profits compared with traditional financing modes.
