| 摘 要： | 本文总结了当前网络社会中信息共享与信息独占所出现的许多问题,并且认为二者的问题已突破了传统视野下知识产权的冲突。接着,本文力图从科技革命推动人类社会更迭的这个大的理论背景下去探析问题成因。最后,笔者在成因分析的基础上,提出了一些解决网络信息共享与信息独占问题的策略。

| Abstract: | This article sums up the problems arising in sharing and cornering information in the Internet first and then attempts to find out the causes theoretically from the angle of the change of the human society promoted by scientific & technological revolution.Finally,based on the analysis of the causes,the author suggests some solutions to such problems. |
