| 摘 要： | 本文分析了1997—2008年间浙江省能源消费碳排放数据,采用对数均值迪氏分解（Logarithmic Mean Divisia In-dex,简称LMDI）法,对能源消费导致的二氧化碳排放量和碳排放强度进行结构分解。结果表明,浙江省能源消费碳排放量不断增加是由人口和人均国内生产总值（GDP）因素引起的,其中人均GDP增长是碳排放量增加的主要因素;能源强度下降是降低二氧化碳排放量的主要因素,能源结构的作用呈现波动性,且程度较小。本文得出如下结论,要减缓二氧化碳的排放量,构建＂低碳浙江＂、＂生态浙江＂,应从重新认识人均GDP、控制人口数量、调整能源结构、降低能源强度、提高能源效率等方面考虑。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the amount of carbon emissions due to energy consumption in Zhejiang Province from 1997 to 2008 is calculated,and a structural decomposition analysis of carbon dioxide emissions and emission intensity is set up by adopting logarithmic mean Divisia index(LMDI) method.The results show that the increasing carbon emissions from energy consumption in Zhejiang Province is consistent with the growth of population and Gross Domestic Product(GDP) per capita,especially for GDP per capita factor;decreasi... |
