| 摘 要： | 信息技术领域新技术的出现, 如云计算、 大数据、 移动互联网、 物联网、 泛在网等, 将教育理念和模式推向崭新的高度, 智慧教育在此背景下应运而生. 在阐述智慧教育概念和各国发展现状的基础上, 指出智慧教育是数字教育演进的必然趋势. 在解析各类型新技术在智慧教育中的功能、 特点的基础上, 提炼智慧教育的组成要素, 系统性地构建了智慧教育建设的关键环节——智慧教育生态环境, 最后提出了促进智慧教育生态环境建设的建议举措, 为智慧教育的进一步发展提供参考.

Construction of Smart Education' s Framework under Driving Force of New Technologies |

| Abstract: | The emergence of new technologies in the field of information technology, such as cloud computing, big data, mobile Internet, Internet of things, ubiquitous network and so on, elevates the theory and mode of ed-ucation to a new height.Under this circumstance, smart education appears.On the basis of giving the concept of smart education and its development status in different countries, it is pointed out that smart education is the ir-resistible trend of information education.After analyzing the function and characteristics of various new technolo-gies related, the elements of smart education are summarized and its framework is constructed systematically, which is vital to smart education.At last, some recommendations are given to speed up the construction of smart education' s framework.The results provide references for the improvement of smart education. |
