| 摘 要： | 澳大利亚是垃圾邮件直法比较充善的国家之一，通过分析澳大利亚垃圾邮件规制现状，提炼出：垃圾邮件的内涵明确、范围广泛；对垃圾邮件规制严厉，侧重保护公民个人的利益；临管机构专业，职责全面明确等特点。在此基础上，对我国反垃圾邮件立法提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | Australia has established relatively sound legal regulation on spam.Investigation into its regulatory system reveals its merits that contribute to its success,such as clearly and roundly defining junk e-mail,fully protecting the interests of citizens and designating a professional regulatory authority.These feature merits shed light on practices in China to draft a system of particular laws and set up a special agency against spam. |
