信息化对经济全球化的影响

信息化和经济全球化是当今世界两大不可逆转的潮流。信息化的出现要晚于经济全球化，它并非经济全球化的初始动力，但它在加速经济全球化的进程中确实发挥了巨大作用。与此同时，信息技术在全球的广泛使用也给世界各国尤其是广大发展中国家的经济发展带来了一定的风险。因此，我们在积极参与全球信息化与经济全球化的同时，还应该努力提高自身的抗风险能力，采取各种合理、有效的办法将两大浪潮所带来的危害降低到最小程度。

Informatization＇ s Effects on the Economic Globalization

Informatization and economic globalization are two irreversible trends nowadays. Although informatization emerged posterior to the economic globalization and is not the latter＇ s original impetus, it did play an important pole during the period of speeding up the economic globalization. However, on the other side, the wide application of information technology （IT） has brought risks to almost every country that relies on IT for development. Therefore, any possible measures shall be taken to minimize the negative effects from informatization and economic globalization.
