| Abstract: | Laboratories at university are playing more and more important and displaceable role in producing professional personnel with creative ability and practical skill. This thesis discusses how to strengthen the construction and management of teaching in laboratory from the angles of the management system, management normalization ,quality improvement of laboratory staff and reform of experimental teaching. |
