| 摘 要： | 群众文化作为有史以来存在的社会文化现象，是当前文化建设领域的重要组成部分，具有重要的社会功能和文化价值。作为一种文化现象，对于社会群体，具有娱乐、交流功能；仪式、团结功能；群体认同功能；象征、符号功能。对于文化建设而言，群众文化为主导文化的建设提供平台；是精英文化的母体和基础；为文化产业开辟市场；为非物质文化遗产的保护提供支撑，这些体现了它的文化价值。
