| 摘 要： | 包括汉族在内的各个民族，自古以来就是多元一体格局下的中华民族的一分子；加强各族人民的中华民族认同，对于各民族团结互助、共同繁荣局面的维护，具有重要意义。进一步讲，中华民族认同意识的强化，也是中国建构现代民族国家的必然要求，这是因为即使是在全球化大潮风起云涌的今天，民族一国家仍然是当今世界国际竞争的主权政治单位，而现代民族国家建构，正是近代以来中国宪政发展进程的一个核心主题和神圣使命，所以，更需在当代中国的宪政言说中强化中华民族认同。
