教师教育大学化及其实现

摘    要:我国教师教育正处在一个历史性转折和重要的发展时期。教师教育大学化是世界教师教育发展的潮流,中国教师教育已基本具备进入大学化阶段。教师教育大学化的实现首先要从制度上解决两个问题,一是大学特别是已具有教师教育职能的大学应建立教育学院;二是已有教育学院的大学应实现其地位功能的转型。同时,教师教育大学化必须处理好大学与中小学之间的关系。

Abstract:Teacher education in China is now in an important developing period,facing a historical turning point.The colleging of teacher education is the trend all over the world at present,and the teacher education in China has basically met the needs of the colleging period.Two issues must be considered in order to realize the colleging of teacher education:Firstly,educational colleges should be established in universities especially those having the functions of educating teachers;Secondly,the universities with educational college should change their positions and functions.At the same time,the relation between universities and elementary and secondary schools must be dealt with appropriately when implementing the colleging of teacher education.
