摘    要:在知识经济时代,人力资源作为高校的一种核心的资源,能够为高校带来巨大的经济效益和社会效益。随着教育产业化策略的实践和现代大学制度创新的逐步推进,高校人力资源管理面临着亟需解决的现实挑战。高校应全面、科学地分析人力资源所带来的机遇与挑战,及时采取正确措施才能变挑战为动力,取得在高校人力资源管理中的主动权,推进高校在激烈竞争中攫取并保持优势。

Abstract:Human resources in knowledge economy era,as the core resources in institutions of higher learning,can bring out enormous social and economic benefits.Due to the gradual implementationt of educational industralization and renovating modern university regulations,human resources management in institutions of higher learning faces urgent existing challenges.Based on the connotation and characteristic of institutions of higher learning human resources and by analyzing existing challenges for managing human resources in institutions of higher learning,this paper endeavours to make some suggestions on how to strengthen human resources management in institutions of higher learning.
