关于传媒伦理问题的制度学思考

如果说人的自利性和“经济人”的理性为传媒主体选择不道德行为提供了潜在的可能的话,那么传媒制度是传媒主体选择不道德行为的主要决定力量。其中,传媒政治经济制度的失衡和传媒伦理制度的有效供给不足或约束软化,是传媒伦理问题得以存在和延伸的主要制度学成因。在传媒制度的规约下,传媒主体选择不道德行为的“风险”在大于“收益”时,传媒的伦理问题会大大减少,而其“风险”在小于“收益”时,传媒的伦理问题会大大增加。这是传媒主体利益最大化追求与传媒制度失衡或约束软化等相互作用的结果。在传媒领域实施道德“立法”,是消解传媒伦理问题的一条有效路径。
