| 摘 要： | 运用自编的《教师心理健康知识调查表》调查川西南地区中小学在职教师对心理健康的认识，结果发现：该地区的教师已经具备现代健康理念，能够认识到心理健康对现代人的重要性；他们对心理健康标准、影响心理健康的因素以及维护心理健康的方法已经有了相当的认识；教师对自己的心理健康状态评价较为乐观；只有一半左右的教师能够认识到学生的孤僻，违纪和攻击行为与心理因素有关；川西南地区已具备了开展教师心理辅导和心理健康教育的基本认识条件。

| Abstract: | According to the questionnaires about the cognition of teacher＇s mental health, findings show that they have modem healthy idea and know the importance of mental health for modem people ; they have well understood the standard of mental health and factors affecting mental health and its adjust methods; teachers have developed an optimistical attitude in their own conditions of mental health ; only a half of participants could tell that such behaviors as unsociablity, law - breaking and attacking are related to mental health ; it is now suitable for us to carry out the mental health cultivation in the Southwest Sichuan. |
