| 摘 要： | 在恒常的变迁过程中，土家族民居建筑在自身历史发展轨迹、变迁动力、变迁原因和功能方面都显现出了与众不同的重要特征。面对现代化与全球化的大趋势，土家族民居建筑面临着保护与传承的巨大压力，要从对现存传统民居建筑的保护、对传统建筑艺人的照顾和新艺人的培养、鼓励普通土家族民众参与保护以及立法等角度来加强全社会对土家族传统民居建筑的关注，从而更好保护这一土家族传统技术与文化。

| Abstract: | In the course of constant changes ,Tujia citizens＇ architecture takes on exceptionally signigficant features in the aspect of historical developing traces, motive force of changes, reasons of changes and functions. Thus faced with the trend of globalization, the existing traditional citizens＇ architectures should be protected so that this traditional Tujia technique and culture will be well preserved by cultivating artists of furore generations and encouraging the common people to protect them legally. |
