| 摘 要： | 民族村寨是一个由物质文化遗产和非物质文化遗产构成的组织严密的社会文化有机体。为有效促进旅游可持续发展，必须保护民族民俗文化和文化空间，坚持原真性原则和“文化自觉”，并通过新农村建设、历史保护、产权管理等制度设计和政策措施加以保障。

| Abstract: | The national stockaded village is a well-knit social and cultural organism consisting of tangible andintangible cultural heritages. In order to effectively promote sustainable development of tourism, the folk customs and the cultural space must be protected and the principle of authenticity and ＂cultural self-awareness＂ must be adhered to, which should be safeguarded by design of systems and policy measures such as new rural area construc- tion, historical protection and management of property ownership. |
