武汉地区桂花品种的数量分类研究

摘    要:以武汉地区33个桂花品种作分类运算单位,选用22个形态性状进行主成分分析和聚类分析。主成分分析结果表明,在桂花品种分类所选用的形态性状中,按重要性依次为:花色、子房发育状况、小花梗颜色、花梗是否易脱落、花粉形状、树姿、叶柄长、着花情况、花径、开花习性、叶形系数及小花梗长等。根据果类分析结果,供试品种按花色聚为三大类群;金桂品种群、丹桂品种群和银桂品种群。金桂品种群与丹桂品种群亲缘关系较近,与银桂品种群的亲缘关系较远。数量分类结果与传统的形态分类系统较为吻合,但亦表现出一定的差异。

Abstract:This paper presents PCA and cluster analysis of 22 charaters in 33 sweet osmanthus (Osmanthus fragrans four) cultivars in Wuhan. The PCA's result shows that such elements as flower color,fruiting potential and color of flower petiole can be put into order in terms of their relative importance. According to the cluster analysis, the tested cultivars distinguished by flower colour are categorized as three groups: Jingui group, Dangui group and Yingui group. The relationship between the three groups is also discussed: Jingui is closer to Dangui while farther from Yingui. As a result, what we have got from the numerical taxonomy takes much similarity to the result from traditional taxonomy system but shows some differences between them.
