摘    要:当前关于物流服务闭环供应链研究多以制造商为主导企业,基于此,借助苏宁在供应链中的主导作用,运用博弈论理论,分析物流服务商参与下再制造闭环供应链的市场需求量、销售价格、回收率和系统利润与再制造节约成本之间的关系,得出再制造节约成本的增大使得回收率、市场需求量和系统利润均增大,更关键的是再制造节约成本增大使得销售价格进一步降低,消费者也从再制造中收益.此外,合作决策和分散决策下的回收率和系统利润都随再制造节约成本的增大而增大,合作决策优于分散决策.

Abstract:Current researches on logistics service of closed-loop supply chain mainly focus on leading manufacturers. Based on Game Theory and the case of Suning, a leading logistics service provider, this paper analyzes the influence of logistics service to the cost-saving of remanufacturing, selling price, recycling rate and system profit. It is found that market demand, recycling rate and system profit are all increased if remanufacturing cost-saving is increased. More importantly, the selling prices are reduced further with consumers benefited from remanufacturing. In addition, cooperative decision-making and decentralized decision-making is compared, and recovery rates and system profits are increased further. Finally three coordination strategies are given on collaborative deci- sion-making.
