| Abstract: | The reform that the proprietary rights of public hospital were separated from operating rights was a positive attempt. The article mainly introduced the concrete practising situation of the reform and analyzed it by the related knowledge on economical law. Moreover, it also proposed some thoughts and suggestions. |
