| 摘 要： | 学术评价体系不仅是科研经费获取、科研绩效评价的主要手段之一，同时也作为重要动力激发了学者和科研人员的学术生命力。文章从定量学术评价体系的构成和应用上阐述了近年来评价指标的进展，就评价指标如权威因子、被引半衰期、H指数及其变体、F1000指标重点予以介绍，并结合南京医科大学具体情况进行分析。

| Abstract: | The academic evaluation system is not only one of the major ways for acquisition of scientific research funds or assessment of achievement in scientific research, but also the important driving force for scholars and researchers to arouse their academic vitality. Here, the recent progress of academic evaluation system is summarized centering around its constitution and application, dwelling on indicators such as authority factor, cited half-life, H index and H-type indices, F1000 index, and further analysis were performed basing on the specific conditions of our university. |
