关于加强食品安全监管的思考

食品安全监管是保障食品安全的重要措施。而目前食品安全的监管力度尚不够，为此应充分注重源头管理，对突发性食品安全事件应能及时回应，同时应加强执法力度、投入适当经费研究防控措施、加大食品安全举报的奖励、加强食品安全国际间的交流和改变目前食品安全监管模式、加大环境污染的治理．以从政策上引导食品的生产与加工等方面来增强对食品生产的安全监管。
