某医学院校贫困生心理健康状况调查

摘    要:目的:了解医学院校贫困生的心理健康状况。方法:采用症状自评量表SCL-90和自制“贫困生心理健康状况问卷”作为测试工具。对某医学院校650名贫困生进行问卷调查,与各种常模进行比较.并进行不同类别间的组间差异比较和相关分析。结果:阳性标准≥180分的有68人.占10.6%。医学院校贫困生心理健康状况低于全国成年人水平,优于江苏省大学生水平.心理问题排在前5位的因子是强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、精神病性、敌对。不同年级贫困生之间存在显著性差异。年级、经济来源、和周围同学关系、学习成绩的满意度与医学院校贫困生心理健康有显著性相关。结论:医学院校贫困生整体心理健康水平尚属理想.但也有小部分贫困生存在较明显的心理问题。教育工作者应充分考虑年级、成绩等特点,有层次、有区别地进行心理健康教育,以提高医学院校贫困生的综合素质。

Abstract:Objective: To make a full understanding of medical university needy students' psychological condition. Methods: SCL-90 self-rating symptom scale and self-made "needy students mental health questionnaire" were applied to test 650 needy students of a medical university. Compared the results with some regular parametres, the differences among various groups were analyzed. Results:The number of needy students with positive criterion ≥ 180 was 68, which was 10.6% of the total number. The level of medical university needy students' psychological condition was lower than local adults,but was superior to local university students. The first five factors of the needy students' psychological problems were compulsion,personal relationship, depression, psychoticism and hostility. The psychological condition of the needy students from different grade was remarkably different. The needy students' psychological condition was connected with their grade,income, student relations and their academic satisfaction. Conclusion:The general psychological condition of the medical university needy students' is comparatively good. But there are some distinguished psychological problems among the minority of needy students. Educators must build up a new proper psychological education system according to the various characteristics of the needy students, such as grade achievement and so on,through which the needy students' comprehensive quality might be effectively improved.
