我国高校英汉双语教学本质的探讨

摘    要:文章将双语教学本质的探讨限定在我国高校的英汉双语教学范围内,从“目标”的角度研究双语教学的本质。揭示与分析了双语教学的两个教学目标———提高英语教育水平、维持与提高专业教育水平,结论是:我国高校英汉双语教学本质是试图通过大量运用英语这一非母语教学语言进行学科教学以达到培养双语人才目标的教育。

Abstract:The article limits the hypostatic study in bilingual teaching within the scope of our country where the universities and colleges perform bilingual teaching in English-to-Chinese and studies the essence of the bilingual teaching from the angle of the "target". It posts and analyzes two teaching targets,which increases the bilingual teaching level, maintains and increases professional education level. Conclusion: In China, essence of the bilingual teaching in English-to-Chinese in universities and colleges is an education that aims to cultivate bilingual talents by English education.
