| 摘 要： | 发展生态文明要求我们保护自然环境，爱护动物。动物实验在生命科学发展中起到了至关重要的作用，是其发展的基础和条件。随着国际动物权益保护的观念逐渐深入人心，保护实验动物、维护动物福利的呼声日益高涨。重视并保障实验动物的福利，既是自然科学发展的趋势，也是社会科学发展的必然。

| Abstract: | There is an urgent need to protect the natural environment and animals with the development of ecological civilization.Being the basis and condition,animal testing plays an important role in the development of life science.As the conception of animal rights has been widely accepted,the protection of laboratory animals and animal welfare are appealed.It is certain to protect the welfare of laboratory animals with the development of social sciences. |
