| 摘 要： | 海西建设意义重大。文章就海西农村医疗卫生人才队伍存在的问题进行了分析，并立足海西医学院校的视角，研究了成因，提出海西医学院校应该积极更新观念，与海西建设对接；科学指导学生有效规划职业生涯；突出实践，创新就业教育形式，丰富就业教育内容等，以期高质量服务海西建设。
