公立医院医药价格综合改革效果评估分析

文章对公立医院医药价格调整实施情况、改革前后医院经济运行情况、医药费用控制情况、医院补偿情况等进行具体分析。发现医药价格综合改革后，公立医院经济运行平稳，医疗收入结构逐步优化，价格调整对取消药品加成的补偿比例较低。改革效果符合预期，但对于公立医院的补偿需尽快落实，公立医院自身需加强成本管理，下一步应尽快建立一套长效的医疗服务价格动态调整机制，促进公立医院健康可持续发展。

Evaluation and analysis on the effect of comprehensive reform of pharmaceutical price in public hospitals

This study aimed to analyze the implementation of the comprehensive reform of the medical price of public hospitals in Jiangsu Province and the changes of the economic operation of the public hospitals before and after the reform. We made a detailed analysis on the implementation of price adjustment of public hospitals, hospital economic operation, medical expenses control, and hospital compensation. After the comprehensive reform of pharmaceutical prices, the economic operation of public hospitals was stable, and the medical income structure was gradually optimized, and the price adjustment to cancel the drug addition to the compensation ratio was low. The effect of the reform is in line with expectations, but public hospital compensation needs to be implemented as soon as possible. Public hospitals need to strengthen its cost management. The next step is to build a set of long-term dynamic adjustment mechanism of medical service price, and so as to promote a healthy and sustainable development of public hospitals.
