| 摘 要： | 中医药是中华民族优秀的文化遗产，在国民卫生保健中起着不可或缺的重要作用。但是，目前国家对中医药的法律保护还存在缺陷和不足。文章在介绍古代、民国时期以及当前的中医药法制的基础上，剖析中医药立法存在的问题并对中医药立法难点进行分析，为国家出台中医药基本法提供相关建议。
