健康教育对慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效影响的Meta分析

目的：从循证护理角度探讨健康教育对．陧性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效影响。方法：检索主要医学数据库。按一定标准筛选文献并进行质量评价．采用Review Manager软件从遵医行为、圣·乔治呼级系统问卷（SGRQ）评分、肺功能检查、知识掌握、住院天数、住院次数、就诊次数、6分钟步行测试等8个方面进行Meta分析。结果：在遵医行为、SGRQ评分、肺功能检查（FEV1／FVC％）、住院天数方面健康教育组与对照组之间存在显著性差异，而在肺功能检查（FEV1、FEV1％）、知识掌握、住院次数、就诊次数、6分钟步行测试方面两组之间无显著性差异。结论：目前医护人员就慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者及其家属进行的健康教育．在一定程度上改善了患者的治疗效果。但在有些方面还不尽如人意．还需对慢性阻塞性肺疾病的健康教育作进一步的研究和探讨。

The influence of health education on the therapy effectiveness of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease:a Meta-analysis

Objective： To evaluate the influence of health education on the therapy effectiveness of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） by evidence-based nursing. Methods： Correlative literature was searched from main medical database. Studies were brought into this research according to the inclusion and exclusion minute of walk test. Results： It showed significant differences in numbers of treatment compliance,grade SGRQ, pulmonary function test（FEV1/FVC%）and hospital days between the health education group and control group, but no significant differences in other aspects. Conclusion： The health education is good for the patients and their families to a certain extent. It is necessary to do further studies on health education for improvement.
