| 摘 要： | 全面系统的体格检查是消化内科重要的诊疗手段,但在临床带教中发现很多的医学生缺乏这种基本能力。文章通过讲解病例的方式归纳总结了消化科查体的各个主要方面,真实生动地再现了作为医生"眼到—手到—耳到"的重要性,帮助医学生更好地掌握并在临床中应用消化科体格检查。

| Abstract: | Comprehensive and systematic physical examination is an important means for gastroenterologists,however,lots of medical students are found to be lack of these basic skills during clinical teaching.This report illustrated the main aspects of physical examination by explaining and summarizing cases,and vividly highlighted the importance of "eyes-hands-ears"to doctors,as well as helped medical students to better grasp physical examination of digestive system and put it into clinical applications. |
