| 摘 要： | 招标作为一种有效选择交易对象的市场行为,已经成为公立性医院加强管理的重要途径.为了保证招标工作的公开公平、公正客观、科学有效,加强对招标项目的监管显得尤为关键.健全的机构、完善的制度、专业的人才、规范的操作流程是做好医院招标项目监管工作的重要基础.

The supervision plays a key role in guarantee the tender open,fair,objective,scientific and effective. The important basis of supervision are sound institutions,perfect system,specialized talents and standard operation procedures. |
