| Abstract: | The nature and culvert of essential medicines system is educed through analyzing the definition of essential medical service. The existing problems and system design defects of essential medicines are analyzed. The essential rules,essential thinking and mating policies to build the essential medicines of Chinese characteristics are proposed. |
