Analysis of Medical Dissension Reason in Maternity Department

The article analyses the medical dissension reason in maternity department.The reasons comprise three causes :the social factor,the economic factor and the nosocomial factor included.Making excessive demands,laking the cognition of medical hazard,exorbitant expectation,oriented falsity of consensus and onus proof conversion were the the social factor.Conflict of interest between hospitals and patients was the economic factor.Skill defect,bad service consciouseness of medical personnel,and deficient in humanistic solicitude were the nosocomial factor.
