| 摘 要： | 文章借鉴核心竞争力的理论,探讨了医院核心竞争力的内涵,提出了医学院校附属医院核心竞争力的特征,分析了医学院校附属医院所面临的挑战,重点提出了医学院校附属医院应从办院理念、管理优势、学科建设和人才队伍等方面彰显其特色和优势,并加强核心竞争力的构建。

| Abstract: | Referring to the theory of competitive power, this thesis explores the connotation and indicates the characteristics of competitive power in hospitals, analyses the challenges that the affiliated hospitals of medical universities are faced with, emphasizes that the features and advantages of the affiliated hospitals should be manifested in aspects of the philosophy of running the hospitals, administrative advantage, subjects construction and talents training, and promotes the cultivation of competitive power. |
