| 摘 要： | 医疗卫生事业改革需要实践的探索,更需要理论为指导。笔者在回顾和梳理卫生事业改革研究的基础上,提出当前的医疗卫生事业改革研究需要超脱自身利益的协同研究;需要前瞻性、整体性的战略研究;需要可操作的研究;需要能转换成决策层面的研究,以及加强评价标准的研究。

| Abstract: | Reform of the medical and health services needs exploration,practice and also needs theory.Based on the review and arrangement of medical and health reforms,the authors advance that a cooperative effort would be utilized in the reform research,such as coordinate action out of ones interest or benefits,research on strategic and foresighted topics of overall interests of the country,an element of operant behavior,administrative decision-making,and research on supporting standard and evaluation system. |
