南京医科大学1978～2004年研究生生源情况分析与思考

文章从生源的总量、性别构成、年龄、考生来源、毕业学校、学科分布等方面分析了南京医科大学1978～2004年硕、博士研究生生源情况。结果表明,27年来生源稳定增长,早期以培养基础医学研究生为主,近10年以培养临床医学研究生为主;硕士生中女性生源增长较快,生源逐渐年轻化,应届生报考人数迅速增加,本校生源有增高趋势;博士生的性别构成、生源年龄均比较稳定,考生来源单一。据此提出加强校际交流,扩大外校生源,加强临床医学专业学位及预防医学研究生的培养,加强学生的就业教育,并建议改革研究生入学考试方式,鼓励跨专业学生攻读医学科学学位。

An Analysis of Postgraduate Student Source from 1978 to 2004 in Nanjing Medical University

Based on the data of Nanjing Medical University from 1978 to 2004,this paper analyzed the source condition of postgraduates,including the gross,gender,age,sources and subject distributions.The quantity of students had been stably increasing during the 27 years.Most of them were majored in preclinical medicine in the early period,while in the recent ten years,mostly were majored in clinical medicine.As to the master candidates,the number of female and youth was increased gradually.The students from interior of the university were increased too.As to the students enrolled in doctoral program,the gender,age distributions were stable,but most of them were from interior of the university.So we suggest that academic communications and students exchanges between colleges should be encouraged,and more attention should be paid on the education of clinical professional degree and prophylactic medicine.We also advise to strengthen the education of employment,reform the postgraduate entrance examination style,and encourage students majored in different subjects to enroll in medical science.
