| 摘 要： | 毛泽东民族资本主义观的转折点问题是学界关注的焦点，也存在较大分歧。毛泽东民族资本主义观的转变经历了一个过程，“九月会议”是转变的起点，而建国前后对民族资产阶级既利用又限制的政策则是这种转变的进一步发展，最后，在“三反五反”运动中，毛泽东完全改变了对民族资产阶级的认识，转而认为要消灭民族资产阶级。

| Abstract: | The turning point of Mao Zedong＇s perspectives on national capitalism is the focus in academic domains. There had been some differences about it. The development of the turning point suffered a process from the JIUYUE-Meeting to the policy of utlizating and restricting. At last, Mao Zedong had changed his view on the national capitalism, and thought it being extinguished in the Three-Antis and Five-Antis movement. |
