| 摘 要： | 医疗纠纷呈上升趋势,是社会关注的热点和焦点问题,也是困扰医院的难点。医疗纠纷成因是多方面的,文章从院方、患方和社会三方面进行分析,并就如何防范医疗纠纷,构建和谐的医患关系提出看法。

| Abstract: | The medical disputes is gradually increasing and becoming the hotspot problem in whole society,also the perplexity of the hospital management.The develpment of medical disputes contained many reasons.This article analyzed the hospital,the patients and the society and came to conclusions about how to prevent the medical disputes and to construct the harmony doctor-patient relationship. |
