| 摘 要： | 尸体解剖对明确诊断，化解医疗纠纷，提高医疗诊治水平都有积极作用，应大力提倡和开展，但在尸检鉴定中必须科学准确，实行规范化、程序化，加强质量控制。文章对无锡地区63例医疗纠纷尸检的鉴定资料进行分析，并对尸检过程中遇到的问题提出对策与建议。

| Abstract: | The pathology autopsy had a positive effect on determination of medical diagnosis, solution of medical tangle and improvement of medical therapy. It should be advocated and promoted. It was importmant that the performance of antopsy expertise must be scientific and correct,the managment need be standandized and programmed and the quality control should be enhanced. The article also brought forward measures and proposals for pathologic autopsies by means of analysis of 63 samples of autopsies involved in medical tangles in Wuxi area. |
