摘    要:医学教育的评价不能只以临床活动中成功或失败的概率来评判一个医学生的能力高低。为更好的评价外科学实践教学,外科学实践课程采用师生互动的形成性评价体系(formative assessment,FA),即以督导专家为基础,构建学生与带教老师之间及带教老师相互之间,以及实习单位、用人单位对学生以及单位之间的相互评价和信息反馈系统,以确保外科实践课程能紧密结合临床,切实提高医学生外科临床操作能力。通过在2006级临床医学各专业中推广及运用,获得良好的教学效果,为医学生外科临床实践打下良好的基础。

Abstract:Judging a medical student's ability cannot only depend on probability of success or failure in clinical activities,so does medical education's evaluation.Surgical skill education adopts interactive formative assessment system which is consisted of supervisors and experts,constructs mutual evaluation and information feedback system among students and teachers,teachers and teachers,students and practical units,students and employers,employers and employers,to ensure that clinic practice can be integrated in education programs to really enhance surgical practical ability of medical students.Formative assessment system was used among students of all the majors in grade 2006 and a satisfactory result was attained at last.The authors concluded that the formative assessment system should make a great improvement to medical education,not just good for surgical training,but also benefit other clinical techniques learning as well.
