团体心理训练教学对大学生心理成长的影响研究

目的：探讨团体心理训练教学法对大学生成长与发展的影响，以促进医学人才整体心理素质的提高。方法：将239名大学生随机分为试验组和对照组，试验组予以团体心理训练教学，对照组不予干预措施．干预前后用社交能力自测量表、社会适应能力自测量表、自卑倾向自测量表、焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表对两组学生进行测量。结果：团体心理训练后，试验组的抑郁、焦虑、社会交往能力和5项自卑指标的得分均低于对照组（P均〈0．05）：试验组的社会适应能力得分高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：团体心理训练教学能增强大学生人际交往能力、社会适应能力和自信力，并对大学生心理具有多方面的积极的影响功能。

Investigation of the effects of group psychological training on psychological growth of college students

Objective：To investigate the influence of group psychological training on college student＇s growth and development in order to improve the mental quality of medical talents. Methods：239 college students were randomly divided into 2 groups：the experimental group was given group psychological training education, and the control group was not. Social skill self-test scale, social adaptability self-test scale, self-rating respect scale, self- rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS） were used. Results：The scores of experimental group in depression, anxiety, social skill and five categories of self respect were lower than those of control group （all P 〈 0.05）,and the scores in social adaptability were higher （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion：Group psychological training education can help improve college students＇ social skills, social adaptability and self-confidence. It has many positive effects on college students＇ psychology.
