| 摘 要： | 我国医疗技术人体试验立法和研究远落后于实践。从世界范围看,伦理审查委员会是人体试验法律制度中的重要部分,是保护人类受试者的重要组织,但其实际运作以及行政部门对伦理审查委员会的监督都有不少问题。文章分析了美国的相关制度对我国医疗技术人体试验法律制度中对伦理审查委员会监督制度的启示。

| Abstract: | The legislation and the research of human trials about medical technology are lacking far behind practice.Around the world,as the important component of legal system,Independent Review Board(IRB) plays a significant role in protecting human testing subjects.However there exist many problems in the practice of IRB and the supervision over it.The article suggests that we would draw inspiration from American relative laws about IRB. |
