| 摘 要： | 青年教师对于医学院校的发展起着至关重要的作用.文章通过调查江苏省部分医学院校青年教师队伍的现状,了解目前队伍建设面临的问题,并在分析问题的基础上,提出了加强医学院校青年教师队伍建设的策略与方案.

| Abstract: | Young faculty plays a vital role in the development of medical schools. In the article,the status of young faculty team at some medical schools in Jiangsu province had been surveyed to know the issue of the development of qualified teachers,and strategies and proposals had been brought forward to strengthen the construction of the young faculty team at medical schools. |
