| 摘 要： | 医学考试模式应该是一种既含理论知识,又有实践技能;既有形成性评价,又有终结性评价的考试模式,笔者所在教研室从PBL与LBL双轨教学、客观结构化临床考试（OSCE）分站考试、考教分离、建设网上题库等多方面进行改革,初有成效,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Medical examination mode should be a mode that includes not only the theory of knowledge but also practical skills,and consists of formative evaluation and end evaluation.We did our best to study and reform in many aspects: problem-based learning combined with lecture-based learning,objective structured clinical examination,separation of teaching from examination,network database construction and so on.Early results showed that it was worthy of popularization and application. |
