| 摘 要： | 公共卫生与疾病预防和控制工作需要创新型人才,创新教育教学理念、改革人才培养模式是培养创新型人才的基础。培养预防医学生的创新能力,应以培养学生的科学研究思维和能力为突破口,革新传统的教学内容和方法,将科研与教学相融合,建立健全教学实施、评估和激励机制,着力培养预防医学创新型人才。
