医学生对科研资源的认识和利用现状及展望——以南京医科大学为例

科研资源的有效利用是切实提高医学本科教育水平亟待解决的关键问题。研究基于连续两年对南京医科大学本科生进行的科研资源认识和利用现状的问卷调查共412份,描述了该校本科生对科研资源内涵、科研基础设施、科研人员、科研经费、科研实践机会和科研信息的认识和使用经历。分析发现,该校本科生对科研资源的认识和利用还处在较初级的阶段,有一些关键问题尚未得到圆满解决,还有着相当大的提升空间。最后,针对现状和问题提出可能的对策和展望,以期有效提高医学本科教育中科研资源的利用效率,增强医学本科生的科研素质,并为兄弟院校的本科生教育提供借鉴经验。
