医疗保险制度改革与社区卫生服务建设的互动与双赢

The Interaction between the Reform of Medical Insurance System and Community Health Service

Some problens have arisen in the process of ihe reform of medical insurance system, such as ineffective control of medical expenditure, difficulties in the process of developing medical insurance, pressure resulting from the reform of economic system to the medical insurance. The reform of medical insurance system has to be combined with community health service to work out new solutions to these problems. The development of reform of medical insurance system will open up a broad path for the development of community health insurance. This paper gives some advice on how to open up a new situation in which the reform of medical insurance system and comnunity health service complement with each other, interact with each other and achieve mutual benefits.
