| 摘 要： | 文章通过总结我国社会资本办医的现状，分析江苏省某市49家民营医院2009～2011年的业务活动情况，揭示民营医院发展过程中存在的问题，提出相关的政策建议。如对举办医疗机构的社会资本要有所选择，合理设置民营医疗机构，提供民营医疗机构平等的竞争机会，引导民营医院规模化发展，提高市场占有量，提高民营医院管理水平、提升竞争力，对民营医院加强监管。

| Abstract: | The article summarized the present situation of our country＇s social capital run medical, revealed the existing problems in the process of private hospital development throught the analysis of 49 private hospitals of business activity in a city of Jiangsu from 2009 to 2011 ,finally put forward some policy suggestions, such as choosing reasonable social capital to establish medical institutions,setting up reasonable regulation for private medical institutions,providing equal competition opportunities to private medical institutions,guiding the development of private hospital scale,improving market share,improving private hospital management level, enhancing competitiveness, strengthening the supervision to private hospitals. |
